The picture below was taken at our Hybrid Train-the-Trainer class, Up Your Training! I, in Mass. Hybrids are popping up everywhere and ACDC is now helping other trainers learn from us so that everyone can get on board. Did you know that sales of hybrids is at an all time high? 1,400,000 is the USA. Almost 2 million world wide.
Up Your Training! was SOLD OUT and very successful. We had a great time debating, learning, trying to find a diner and the ocean, and beating up on our hybrid fleet. Al, Jeff, Steve, and Deb were wonderful. Another "Up Your Training!" will be scheduled in July 2009. Note: Craig is the short bald man.
Hybrid sales are up 39%. Did you know that the same parts that make a hybrid work are found on EV cars as well. C02 regulations are going to happen, Toyota ordered 900,000 NiMH battery packs from Panasonic EV, the GM 2 Mode is out, and most OEMs are seeing the wisdom of hybrid systems. ACDC is here to help you get into the Hybrid repair business.

Hey Craig! Just got your email about the new class and it reminded me to send you an e-mail. After taking your class out here in Orange County and with the gas prices it got me thinking. At the time of your class I was driving a 06 Hummer H3... getting about 15 mpg living about 25 miles away from work. After re-reading the handout booklet, looking around and doing some more research, I traded my Hummer in on a 07 Honda Civic Hybrid. I made the trade about 3 months ago and have loved it! Real world gas mileage for me has been 41-45 mpg with only just turning 5000 miles. It's nice to get 450 miles before I have to think about filling up with only 10 gallons of gas! Just wanted to thank you again for the information and the class. Without it, I would probably still be driving my gas hog! Adam
