- Road test ACDC hybrid fleet
- Overview of Hybrids
- Lunch
- Battery Packs
- Inverters
- DC-DC converters
- Motor Drives
- Dinner@ 5:30pm
- Class continues after dinner if you failed the electrical test
- 1 1/2 hour electrical class for those that need it
Friday ...Day #2 8am to 5:30pm
- Breakfast at Hotel
- More Classroom training from the day before.
- Two types of CVTs explained
- 3 basic hybrid designs explained
- Lunch
- Electric power steering
- Brake-by-wire
- Electric A/C
- Other sub systems
- Dinner @ 5:30
- 8 - 10 Cigars, beer, wine (optional)
Saturday ...Day #3 8am to 7pm
- Breakfast at Hotel
- Drive Hybrids to Repair Shop
- 4 Teams of 4 each spend the day rotating through 4 work stations
- Station one is Honda Hybrid System
- Station two is VOLT
- Station three Toyota Hybrid Systems
- Station four is Ford Hybrid systems
- Lunch and Dinner catered
- Drive back in the ACDC Fleet
Sunday ... Day #4 8:30 am to 5pm
- Breakfast at Hotel
- Drive Hybrids back to Repair Shop
- 4 Teams of 4 each spend the day rotating through 4 work stations
- Lunch and Dinner catered
- Drive back in the ACDC Fleet for open evening
Monday ... Day #5 8 - 5
- Breakfast at the Hotel
- Classroom continues
